Good Looks collects information only when a visitor chooses to submit it:

• Contact form: name, email, company, website, and the answers to the inquiry questions.
• Campaign inquiries: name, email, company, and related details submitted on campaign pages.
• Growth Guide: email address used to unlock the guide.
• Growth Diagnostic: answers to the assessment, the resulting scores, and the name, email, and company entered to receive the report.
• Newsletter: email address used to subscribe.

• Source details: with each form, the site records the page the visitor came from and any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source or utm_campaign).
• Google Analytics: the site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and actions such as form submissions and button clicks. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives information like browser type, device, approximate location, and pages visited. Good Looks does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or form answers to Google Analytics.
• Meta advertising: the site uses the Meta Pixel to measure how ads on Facebook and Instagram perform and to show Good Looks ads to people who have visited the site (retargeting). Meta receives information such as pages visited, actions taken on the site, browser and device details, and a cookie identifier. Good Looks does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or form answers to Meta.
• Browser storage: the Growth Diagnostic saves progress in the visitor's own browser so they can pick up where they left off.

Visitors can block or delete cookies in their browser settings, use Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or adjust ad personalization in their Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.

• To respond to inquiries and deliver what was requested, such as the Growth Guide or a Diagnostic report.
• To send one confirmation email for each submission and alert the Good Looks team.
• To send the What's Good newsletter to people who subscribed.
• To understand which pages and campaigns are working and improve the site.
• To measure advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and show Good Looks ads to past visitors.
• To filter spam and protect the site.

Automated confirmations come from notifications@goodlookshq.com, and replies go to hello@goodlookshq.com. These emails relate only to something the visitor just submitted. Every automated email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all automated emails from the site to that address, including future confirmations and reports.

Good Looks does not sell or rent personal information. It shares information only with service providers that help run the site and its advertising, such as website hosting and database providers, the email delivery service, Google Analytics, and Meta, and only as needed to provide their services. Good Looks may also disclose information if required by law.

Submissions are kept as long as needed to respond and maintain the business relationship, unless the visitor asks for deletion sooner. Information is stored in a secured database that is not publicly accessible.

Visitors can ask to see, correct, or delete the information Good Looks holds about them by emailing hello@goodlookshq.com.

The site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. Good Looks does not knowingly collect information from children.
